Content of the lessons:
Group B (beginners - children age 4,5 - 10): warm up on the yoga mats, stretching, barre exercises, centre exercises, jumps, dances
Group A (advanced group - children age 11-18 & adults): warm up on the yoga mats, stretching, barre exercises, centre exercises, jumps. Pointes work - optional.
***Extra lesson - character dance / classical variations
