Content of the lessons:
Group B (beginners - children age 4,5 - 10): warm up on the yoga mats, stretching, barre exercises, centre exercises, jumps, dances
Group A (advanced group - children age 11-18 & adults): warm up on the yoga mats, stretching, barre exercises, centre exercises, jumps. Pointes work - optional.
Repertoire rehearsals

17:30 - 18:45 - group B (beginners)
18:45 - 20:00 - group A (advanced)
20:05 - 21:00 - repertoire rehearsals / classical variations
Price – 15,5 euro per lesson
